A pretty lakeside setting, intimate meal, lots of flowers, and maybe even a lil’ boat ride for two… Sounds like the perfect afternoon, no? This whole elopement concept from Kari Ellen Events that the photogs at Tyler + Lindsey sent our way was inspired by a dusty blue color story and lots of nature inspired details. Kinda exactly what spring is all about!
They also incorporated gold + ivory tones with pops of tangerine… Can totally see how you could translate that to a summer or early fall wedding, too.
FYI, The True Gem Company was behind all the elegant jewelry throughout.
Kari Ellen Events says, We incorporated vintage flatware and crystal glasses with fresh cut sprigs and golden pears as accents. Avalon Legacy Ranch provided the perfect natural backdrop full of lush trees and landscaping with access to a quaint pond for a dreamy boat setting. The light drizzle that day only contributed to the overall romantic and whimsical feel. The loose, organic script from the invitation suite carried over to the cake, bringing all the final details together. The team was actually first inspired by the tulle and textures in their Carol Hannah dress, so they continued the theme with the tablescape too.
Something about those bridal bouquets up against a vintage chair, huh? Lizzie Bee Flower Shoppe whipped up this beauty.
Ah, elopements. Le sigh! Thanks to the team below for inspiring us today…
