Few words sound more carefree than ‘road trip’ and ‘elopement’, which is exactly what photog Jessica Lynn wanted to capture with this desert editorial. Think wildflowers, motorcycles, and a vintage wedding dress scored on Etsy. See how it all came together below!
Danielle Blaquera whipped up a simple and sweet hairstyle for their bride.Jessica tells it, I wanted to create a shoot for the laidback couple who has wicked cool style. Road trips all summer long, adventures with motorcycles, and hey, why not get married along the way?! A bright colorful bouquet to match the carefree bride and the wild flowers popping up in the desert this time of year. I knew I had to incorporate their rad 1969 van, where the couple has spent endless nights under the stars road tripping across the country. There is nothing more intimate than an elopement and best of all, getting married doing the things you love.
The idea of tying the knot while doing things you both love IS a pretty sweet idea, don’t you think?

Can’t sign off without checking out this rad film clip by Michael Martinez. Those two are the cutest!
Shoutout to the creative team below on all the ideas today… And if you’re in the mood to continue the elopement vibe, take a peek at the Tuscan inspired elopement we shared earlier.
