AND it’s a totally doable DIY, which naturally we love and wanted to provide you all with too. Shall we?

The floral pros at Shindig Chic offered up their expertise in creating the perfect fall boutonnière recipe to go with each style of suit from The Black Tux and our ties, so here’s how to pull it off:
1. Gather your materials. The list is pretty simple for this one: floral clippers, a bit of complimentary ribbon, floral tape. For the flowers, you can follow one of the combinations after the tutorial below…
2. Arrange the flowers how you want them and wrap the stems securely with tape.
3. Finish off with the corresponding ribbon.
Fall Boutonnière Recipes
Red: scabiosa, red clover, acacia, oregano, poppy pod
Black and purple: scabiosa, lavender, astrantia, thistle, acacia
Neutral: scabiosa, thistle, astrantia, acacia, gunnii eucalyptus
And here’s another fave. Since the ties above are more vibrant and playful, we wanted to kept the look neutral with a tan suit and a green + white boutonnière.
