Hello, hello! Your daily dose of moody, unique wedding ideas comes all the way from Nova Scotia today, where photog Chantal Routhier has long been inspired by the jagged coastline and mysterious shipwrecks. When she + Stephanie of Sky’s the Limit used the locale as a backdrop for their bridal shoot, so many inventive coastal-inspired wedding ideas emerged… starting with this dreamy bouquet.
Already enthralled with this dark watercolor invitation suite and its nautical details. Don’t forget, you can always incorporate romantic details like this into your big day, even if your own wedding venue is far from these rocky east coast shores.
Such beautiful work, Scribble & Script!
Chantal says, We gathered the best of the best talent in Nova Scotia to make this inspired shoot a reality. Deep juxtapositions line this shoot from the soft silk to the savage shoreline… KoKo Mod Modern Floral Design made the most stunning creations for the shoot. We loved her keen eye and creative input. Notice how the flowers compliment everything from the ship, to the jewelry, and even the landscape.
Katrina Tuttle + her team were behind the multi-layered tulle wedding dress to shine against the jagged stone.
Love when the shoots we share also whisk us away to places we’ve never visited, don’t you? We owe it all to the team below for inspiring us today…
