Mama Kristen Dimond sure knows how throw a good party for her littles, as evidenced by this 4th birthday we shared a couple weeks back. When it came time to celebrate lil’ sis Penny’s 1st birthday, she went all out with a *spectacular* circus theme complete with the most amazing sweets ever (one example: giraffe smash cake!!!), face painting, fortune telling, a petting zoo and oh so much more.
