Galentine’s Day Party Cocktail #1
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz ginger liqueur
1 oz pomegranate + raspberry preserves
1 oz lemon juice
sparkling rose
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake till combined. Top with 2oz sparkling rose. Garnish with a candied ginger stuffed raspberry.
Galentine’s Day Party Cocktail #2
1.5 oz white rum
.5 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz apricot brandy
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz grenadine
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until combined. Pour contents into glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
Gotta have a big ol’ balloon install, right? Naturally our Galentine party contained a fry bar complete with all the necessary accoutrements…
