Beth Harmon + D.L. Townes? The ending we’ve all imagined…
With her flowing natural red locks, Haley was a sure-fire choice for the role of Beth. She could pull off any look, as could Beth, but we only found it fitting to dress her in a 1960s inspired, short-mod dress as opposed to a long, flowing gown. Beth has far too much sass (and sense of style) to wear a traditional dress on her wedding day; however, in keeping true to her fashion in the show, we opted for a dress with a high, modest neckline. Similarly, Aidan captured the essence of Townes with his serious, yet playful persona. We kept his attire simple—a white button down and suspenders—because let’s face it, Beth is and always will be the star of the show.

Beth’s eyes were arguably a focal point of the show. Camera shots focused on her eyes, leaving you wondering what exactly she was thinking when she was playing against her opponents. And lets of course not forget her outrageous eyeliner that made quite the statement. Jenn from Whole You Beauty nailed Beth’s floating eyeliner look—refining it just a tad for her wedding day. Even on her wedding day, Beth is still Beth.
The lush floral arrangements by Sweet Talk Floral also served as pawns on the giant chess board.
Amazing, right?
