Last week Jillian had the distinct pleasure to co-host an intimate evening at a new, up and coming venue, the Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg. Even though their wines won’t be ready till late spring, we relished in the space, the music, the food, the atmosphere and the company.
The rustic vibe was the perfect backdrop to the musical entertainment. Shown above are the Hot Sardines, a swanky speakeasy-style jazz group, who were super hot. Check out their get up! They fit the part to a tee.
All the flowers and dramatic dripping candles were created by the lovely Kat Flower, which brought so much color and life to the dark wood space. Radish, one of our new favorite caterers, created a lovely presentation of food served family style with mix-n-match plates, decorated with a teensy bottle of specialty liquor. The food was simple, fresh, and just perfect. If you’re in the area, you must stop by their shop for lunch or pre-order something for dinner. So delish!
Lastly, a BIG thank you to Brooklyn Winery for allowing us to come in and transform your space of an evening. We look forward to popping back in for some wine in a few weeks!
