You know a bride + groom are just too cool when they choose a classic theme like nautical and transform it into something that totally represents their playful, sweet relationship. Candy colors, sailor motifs, and good vibes made up the design—all after their initial planner didn’t come through. (A blessing in disguise because Vanessa of Alchemy Fine Events clearly executed Christin’s vision flawlessly.) They were pretty thrilled when she also recommended Ashley Kelemen—now they’ve got a go-to photographer for life.

Christin explains, It was love at first beach! We actually met in La Jolla at John’s beach house birthday party. The open ocean, sunshine, and white sand has been something that we both enjoy and consider a necessity in our life. We found ourselves always taking vacation to tropical destinations with amazing beaches. A beach wedding was an absolute dream come true for us.
