Sleek lines. Simple hues. Loose bouquets. That’s how the team below described their shoot at Booze Brothers Brewing Co and it’s quite the convincing argument for simplicity. Just because a wedding design is minimal doesn’t mean it’s lacking, right? If you’re not convinced, Nikki Carlson Photography will show you why…
Kate of Beau & Arrow Events explains, We love bohemian weddings and styled shoots as much as the next person, but we really wanted to show that simple and minimal styling could be just as beautiful and impactful. Inspired by 90s minimalism, we chose a stark color palette of black + white with touches of copper and wood. The fun and unexpected paint splattered couch from Witty Rentals proves that black + white doesn’t have to be severe or boring. We carried this motif over to the groom’s attire, as well as the invite suite & place cards. Unfussy florals from Root 75 softened the tablescape and were the perfect juxtaposition to the pared down elements. While still keeping within the neutral color palette, the bright pops of greenery make the table look fresh & modern.
