Remember Naomi? A year ago she won a free e-session from this giveaway we hosted on the blog. After a couple of months, we shared the photos from her bright and cheery e-sesh. She’s now gracing the blog once again with her ginger curls and a stunning blush Ines di Santo gown in these romantic bridal portraits, photographed by The Nichols.
Once I had the dress, Chateau Bellevue seemed like the natural setting for my bridal portraits. I wanted the venue to match the drama and formality of the gown, and also offer many different romantic indoor and outdoor spots to coordinate with my style. I especially loved the blush damask wallpaper in the women’s changing room that perfectly complimented my gown, hair and skin tone.
A few words from Naomi:
I really wanted every aspect of my wedding style to be romantic. I wanted my dress to be elegant and timeless, but also unique and dramatic (in a classic, non-flashy way). I knew from day one that I wanted a blush colored gown, so that really narrowed my choices down considerably. After trying on over 60 dresses (many of which weren’t even offered in blush), I tried on the Cherise by Ines di Santo and fell in love right away! I don’t think any of it could have fallen together more seamlessly: in the end, I believe the dress and the venue combined with Jennifer Nichols’ artistic talent were all the perfect elements for achieving the romantic look I was hoping for!
