It poured on Rhett + Brandee’s wedding day (outdoor wedding and all). It turned out beautifully, but still: rain is rain. So when their one-year anniversary rolled around (congrats guys!) Brandee chatted with Carolynn Seibert Photography about a shoot that was all sunshine and love. And that’s about all they needed, we think.
They used Brandee’s wedding bouquet in the shoot to represent the year that had past.
Carolynn had it pretty easy creating love-filled photos for these two: That was not hard to do since these two are even more in love than they were one year ago when they got married, they just exude love all over the place! It was beautiful to be around
The only props were a blanket made by Brandee’s great aunt, an Anthro throw, and the wedding bouquet.
Brandee told Carolynn that she wanted the pics to just scream love. If a photo could shout…
The inspiration behind the shoot, as told by Brandee, We wanted to just hang out in a field and have Carolynn take pictures that weren’t extremely posed. I really love raw and authentic pictures where you aren’t always in the perfect “pose” but you can just feel the love. We danced, laughed, and acted crazy in the most beautiful fields. Overall, we just wanted some photos that showed how much in love we still are, how much we have grown in the last year, and how excited we are to be together for the rest of our lives. And I’m forever thankful to Carolynn for capturing that for us.
Thanks to Carolynn Seibert Photography for sharing these lovely images with us!
