This rehearsal dinner is so sweet; all you’d need is a white dress to pass it off as the wedding itself (which just proves that the their wedding was even more impressive – more on that later!). The bride, SF event designer Christine Dodds, coordinated a relaxed, but super chic rehearsal dinner at The Horizon Hotel in Palm Springs that everyone could enjoy. The wedding party + family actually rented bungalows there for the entire week of the wedding… sounds so fun!

A sparkly pair of Badgley Mischkas to glam things up a bit.
Christine made the votives and garland as simple ways to complement the venue.
Designed by William Cody in 1952, the hotel has been fully restored to its original iconic splendor, which the couple built off of for their decor. Christine says, We went with the theme and had a mid century modern, Hollywood chic vibe all week. But we also wanted to keep it casual, so we had Umami’s food truck come in, and did drinks and burgers by the pool for our rehearsal.
By opting for a food truck over a seated rehearsal, they were able to let everyone join in the celebration.
Doesn’t she look fabulous?
Looks like an amazing time!
Be sure to check back today for their Palm Springs wedding, too!
