Feeling something vibrant and sparkly today? Of course ya are. For this art gallery shoot, photog Christina Karst and teamed up with Taylor of LIGHT Art+Design and collaborators from all different cities to create an artsy vignette with industrial vibes and the best kind of details (killer sequins and florals, we mean!).
Taylor says, Emily of Emily Triplett Jewelry took my concept board and ran with it; the custom bands she created are so beautiful that I am now having her work on my own for my wedding!
Rad invites floating atop a sea of gold sequins…
Becky of The Wilding Collective wanted the florals to be works of art in themselves. They sure are!
So many custom made elements went into this shoot. Taylor tells us, Ele Annand and Beth Schiable combined their killer letterpress and calligraphy skills to create an invitation and place card set that is beautiful enough to frame. HAAND created a custom cake stand specifically for this shoot! Their work can easily transfer from centerpieces at a wedding right into the newlyweds’ home… Sweet Little Something listened to our needs for the cake and macaroons and gave all of it an extra dose of style.
We’re on a roll with too-pretty-to-eat cakes this week, aren’t we? (Recall this ruffled cake?!)
Thanks to Christina, Taylor, and the folks below for sharing these ideas with us!
