When we heard that Amy + Jason’s wedding was at The Fig House we had to take a peek. Eclectic décor meets fresh, modern design? What’s not to love about an I Do in such a space? They also had a bunch of rad LA vendors that you’ve probably heard us rave about before—including Shindig Chic Creations + Samantha Dapper, who previously teamed up here and here. Okay, shall we?
Many thanks to Marble Rye Photography for sharing these photos with us!
Amy’s dress is sure a sweep-you-off-your-feet kinda gown.
Bouquet recipe: air plants, anemone, ranunculus, succulent, feather eucalyptus, silver dollar eucalyptus, fringed tulip
About the florals + design by Shindig Chic Creations, c/o our bride… They jokingly called me “the anti-bride” because it was like pulling teeth for them to get any type of inspiration ideas out of me. Finally they wrestled the words succulents, neutral, and geometric out of me. From that little bit of direction they conjured the most stunning décor. I’m hard to impress and it honestly brought me to tears when I saw what they had created.
The in-house catering, Room Forty, provided an impeccable presentation from passed hors d’oeuvres to a three course meal. We bypassed a traditional wedding cake in favor of their passed dessert trays. The highlight: Their take on campfire s’mores. Uh yeah!
Beautiful. Congratulations Amy and Jason!
