How about something sweet to pull you from any possible midweek slumps? (Yeah, we could use it too!) This wedding cake is by Kuchen mit Stil, one of the many talents A Very Beloved Wedding combined forces with for this elegant European wedding editorial in Austria. The cake is pretty spectacular so you can imagine how far our jaws dropped at the rest of Thomas Steibl‘s photos.
*Speechless*
The team was inspired by a Pablo Neruda poem and used it to create the entire scene: We took inspiration of this dreamy and passionate text passage that makes us feel the wind on our face, the nature under our feet, and hear the birds and the leaves of the trees. It makes us feel love from a mass of kisses just at the edge of the summer. We created contrasts between flavors of food, of spicy moments in life, deep colors, velvety soft fabrics and the historic natural scenery. It is all about a windy drama, stormy kisses, and loving joy for the couple and the feast.
P.S. you can find similar bridesmaid dress here and here!
Champagne tower. Uh huh. We’re into that.
Their color palette: green, gold, sparkling apricot, light blue, deep gray, and touches of more vivid shades.
