Attention, crafty brides! You’ll love all the DIY inspiration Jessica Lynn Tucker Photography sent over in this bridal shoot with Poppy’s Garden. It’s filled to the brim with DIY floral accessories for your wedding day, and once you peruse the photos below, you can grab the DIY succulent bracelet tutorial in our gallery. You can even re-plant the succulents afterward. Score! Now, onto the photos…
If you’d rather dress up your gown with a statement necklace rather than the bracelet route, you can whip up a DIY succulent collar instead.
Jessica says, My approach for the bridal shoot was creating natural and organic looks for brides. Creating these inspirational looks with vendors that have the same aesthetic as I do was really important for me too. Timeless and elegant gowns from Tomomi Okubo, with a gorgeous and natural look from hair and makeup artist, Drea Carreno took the lead for this shoot. The floral head pieces were pure magic and talent from Meagan with Poppy’s Garden.
Bridal style tip: pairing minimal fashion with fuller natural textures like greenery + florals will balance out this earthy yet modern look.
Wouldn’t this floral updo and all these accessories really pop with a green + white wedding?
Succulent jewelry, floral hairstyles, and minimal fashion… We love it all! Be sure to click through our DIY gallery for instructions on making a succulent bracelet. Amazing work, team!
