As you can imagine, we see a lot of trends here at 100LC, so it’s really, really neat to come across some of our fave wedding muses, like vintage, and garden, and brunch, and see it done in a completely new way. (So, introductory shoutout to the team at Nashville’s Historic Cedarwood for doing that very thing!) With a fall color palette, idyllic woodland setting, and charming style, this same-sex wedding editorial by Swak Photography totally reimagines the vintage garden celebration:
Cedarwood was also behind the peachy pink floral arrangements throughout their shoot. (If you caught our post the other day, you know how much we’re loving this pastel-inspired take on fall as of late!)
As if it needs to be said, a pancake bar is a must for brunch weddings. Some things should never change!
The Historic Cedarwood design team juxtaposed seasonal colors and comforts with otherwise wild land by adding layers of glowing candles, warm throws and a vintage fireplace altar, creating the ultimate romantic refuge. Surrounded by raw natural beauty, we added a tablescape with vintage crystal and velvet with earthy terrarium-inspired florals and a pancake stacked wedding cake for a luxurious rustic experience.
And can we just say we are LOVING this casual, vintage-inspired look?
Not to mention, the Rue De Seine ‘Lily Jagger’ gown that the team incorporated to give their wild setting a surprising, sophisticated upgrade.
These vintage airstream portraits are too sweet!
Sweet film by Erica Christine.
