Happy Friday, friends! Can’t you tell this e-sesh is already going to be so sweet and stylish just from this first photo Jenna Bechtholt Photography sent over? James + Chelsea traveled all the way to SoCal from Florida for an engagement session in the Mojave Desert, using the landscape around Joshua Tree and inside a quaint desert bungalow as their backdrops.

Jenna says, If I could dream up my ideal engagement session this would be exactly it: A combination of an in home session with an outdoor component, great décor and styling, a location in the desert with cacti and a neutral color palette, some yummy golden light, and a ridiculously awesome couple that sip beers and eat spicy guacamole in between shots!
We’re big on desert inspired color palettes around here, so of course we’re head over heels for this duo’s style.
