
Morning, friends! For our second to last recipe in our 12 Days of Cocktails holiday drink series, Please & Thank You is mixing up a rum + pineapple concoction that’s sure to please any tropical drink lovers out there (hands raised). Ingredients
2 oz light rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 lime
3/4 oz maraschino
(highball glass)
Directions
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry, pineapple leaf, mini umbrella, etc. It’s a tiki drink so have fun with the garnish!
