Bohemian winter desert wedding inspiration

There’s something about flipping that calendar from January to February that gets us in a springy mood. Even though this bohemian editorial has winter written all over it, Joshua Tree’s landscape and the bride’s buncha peonies (see below!) sure warm things up a bit. Brooke Griffin of Fern and Bone was the brainchild behind the concept with her rare vintage china setting the scene in shades of emerald and amber along with distinctive décor styling from wedding planner Lars Francisco of Finch Events. The coolest thing about this shoot was bringing together so many talented, passionate wedding professionals, all relatively new to the business, inspiring each other and working together to produce something imaginative from our own unique perspectives.

June Bloom Florals complemented the desert backdrop with a mix of cacti and other succulents, rounding out the winter magic with eucalyptus and giant pink peonies, and Anya Kernes brought the entire vision to life beautifully capturing the epic scenery along with stunning detail shots. Agreed!
