Guys, how dreamy is this wedding portrait by Let’s Frolic Together? With Earth Day coming up this weekend, we thought we’d share a wedding that’s all about celebrating I Do completely surrounded by nature, good friends, and good vibes. Becky + Warren are a pretty laidback duo; they like to go with the flow and are always happiest outdoors. So it’s no wonder that their magical desert nuptials were simple, intimate, and 100% surrounded by nature.

Le Haut Desert Aerie speaks for itself. It is a magical place with stunning views in all directions. The owners and creators of the Aerie are beautiful artists that know how to piece together stunning artwork, furniture, and all sorts of pieces from around the world. They have built and created their own magical land where you are part of nature but feel like you could be in many different countries all at the same time. They allowed us to create the event we wanted that would truly reflect our personalities and our desires. It was a place where our 85 guests, people we hold closest to our hearts could celebrate love and union.
Not to mention all the stunning photo opps this venue has to offer!
Becky says, Our ceremony was done by our dear friend Kelle Rock who created a beautiful, non-traditional ceremony that captured the importance of love, union between Warren and I, between nature and all souls. It was very tailored to our spiritual side. Mother nature was represented in all the four elements and the night before the ceremony we actually had a thunder/lightning storm (which doesn’t happen in the desert that often), and a small earthquake. The day of the wedding the winds were extreme and we felt very fortunate to have such strong energies occurring at a time like that.
Becky’s trick for planning + designing their day herself? Keeping it simple, making decisions thoughtfully but quickly enough not to over-analyze (so tough, right?), and considering guests but ensuring everything was what they truly wanted as a couple. Love this!
