Any big dahlia fans in the house? Each time we see a dahlia arrangement, we remember *just* how pretty they are. Perfect for ceremonies, bouquets, even topping the cake, like Paeonina whipped up for this bohemian wedding designed by Bari Elexa. This styled shoot was inspired by the concept of being “wild & free”, of letting everything fall into place as it should be, and allowing things to come naturally. You can see this concept come to life through the bride’s wild and dreamy bouquet, the ceremony site on a “private island” in the pond, the sweetheart table’s natural flow and many other aspects. Our color palette reflects the transition from late summer into early fall, combining the peaches and fuchsias with olive, burgundy and amber, mixed with rose gold. Paeonina used flowers such as dahlias, ranunculus and garden roses to capture these beautiful colors.

BTW, the dip-typed napkins + macramé hoops were all DIY! Boho weddings are so good for DIY projects, huh?

The venue, Redwood Ridge Estate, is a hidden gem amongst the hills in Los Gatos, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and shoreline down in Carmel, rows of vineyards, a rustic barn, a hidden pond and herds of alpacas. Our rental company, Archive Rentals, is based in San Clemente but is breaking into the Northern California market. This was the perfect opportunity to collaborate together and to showcase their many unique and vintage rentals, while also bringing in their rose gold chairs and flatware for the dinner table!
