Neat Jimmy Choo star pumps, huh?
When Heidi from Forged In The North saw the wedding space at Hotel On Rivington, she immediately started conceptualizing ideas for a styled shoot that brought together the city views and moody lighting. She called upon planner and wedding designer Brita Olsen Creative to help style the elements and bring some warmth to the space. The result is this gorgeous shoot that plays on subdued hues, crystal accents and candlelight that would be perfect for an intimate wedding reception on the Lower East Side. Rich colors of plum, lavender and blush came together in creative florals by Mimulo, who used ranunculus, hellebore, tulips, muscari, and roses in the loose organic arrangements. Mimulo also created a stunning ceremony installation of floating florals that seems to be hovering over the city skyline.
The team kept the aesthetic subdued but still spring, which would be such a good way to inject a little modernity into a wedding this time of year.
Not the worst view to sit down to your first meal as Mr and Mrs, right?
The tablescape consisted of grey candlesticks, a single fritillaria flower on each napkin, and a long, airy runner.
