So, who here’s in planning mode right now? Our friends at The Big Fake Wedding just wrapped up their 16th Atlanta event, which featured tons of creative industry pros (scroll to the bottom of this post for full credits) and their take on a whimsical, textured wedding design. The event actually had five different floral + event design and three talented photogs, Rebecca Judy Photography, Debbie Neff Photography, & Justen Clay Photography, so it’s no surprise that there’s plenty to get inspired by below.

If you’re not familiar with My Big Fake Wedding, it’s a bridal show alternative for those who want to see wedding vendors *in action*. Yep, it comes complete with an emotional vow renewal, and each vendor is actually performing their services, so couples get a peek into what the production of a wedding or special event looks like.
The latest Atlanta event was inspired by a ‘refined take on millennial pink’. Vendors used muted shades of pink to create a modern, whimsical vibe with surprising textures and edgy details.

A little more info on The Big Fake Wedding: The hand-selected vendors perform their services as they would at a real wedding, and the “wedding guests” get to hear the music, taste the cakes, and smell the flowers… while enjoying a night of great food, dancing and surprises, leaving brides-and-grooms-to-be saying “I want my wedding to be just like that!”
