Wasn’t the wedding venue from yesterday’s wedding so so lovely, Cakies? Today we’re heading over to North Texas for a little tour of another gorgy space, the Emerson Venue. The team at Slow Darling adorned this bright, white venue in a modern, black, white, and yellow wedding design complete with romantic blooms and tablescape that is sure to inspire all your dinner parties to come. The house at Emerson Venue is a Victorian gem revived for modern weddings and comes with space for lounging, mingling, dancing, and more.

And this, friends, is the inside of the chapel at Emerson Venue. The installation by Slow Darling framed the ceremony while highlighting the architecture of the chapel.
So dreamy! It was designed by HGTV’s Leanne Ford, and features updated original pews that seat up to 200 guests. Just wait until you see the outside, at the end of this post. It’s the epitome of charming.

Sheena of Slow Darling tells it, Mustard and violet tones combined with bright, minimal elements graced the farmhouse table, creating a warm and inviting dining space. The midcentury black framed cane chairs tied the natural elements in the tablescape to the surroundings. We wanted to feature the different rooms at the Emerson so that brides could envision the diversity that the space offers, with both black and white walls and modern light fixtures.
